By accessing or using the DMC DREAMERS platform — including our website and mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Platform Access & Account
To access the full features of the DMC DREAMERS mobile app, you must create an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password. You are required to complete your profile with your full name, college name, and current level of study. Optionally, you may also provide your blood group and a profile photo.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. DMC DREAMERS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
2. Digital Content & Services
Our platform offers freemium recorded lectures, MCQ practice collections, online exams, and lecture notes through the mobile application. Certain premium content requires the purchase of a subscription package. All digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from DMC DREAMERS.
3. Physical Goods
We sell printed OMR MCQ sheets and physical merchandise (such as Mugs and T-Shirts) through our website. These items are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Physical goods are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.
4. MCQ Sheet & Image Processing
Purchased OMR MCQ sheets can be evaluated using the DMC DREAMERS mobile application via image processing technology. You must grant the app camera permission to use this feature. The accuracy of evaluation depends on image quality, lighting conditions, and how the sheet is filled out. DMC DREAMERS is not responsible for evaluation errors resulting from improperly filled or damaged sheets.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz, a trusted Bangladeshi payment gateway. We accept major payment methods including cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and internet banking. By completing a purchase, you authorize DMC DREAMERS to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the DMC DREAMERS platform — including course videos, notes, MCQ questions, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of DMC DREAMERS. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
DMC DREAMERS provides its platform and content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of our content for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMC DREAMERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
9. Changes to Terms
DMC DREAMERS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
